The quote form and your information

The name or company, email address, product or service selection and request details you provide are emailed to KaracaPrint so we can respond and prepare a quotation. Request text is not stored as submission content in the form service's database. Sent messages may remain with the email provider and in company mailboxes.

The WhatsApp button opens a message draft in WhatsApp. You complete the sending step yourself.

Form security cookie

To submit the form securely, KaracaPrint uses a first-party security cookie named __Secure-kp_form_v15_session . It validates the form transaction, contains no name, email address or request text, and is not used for advertising.

The cookie is valid for 30 minutes from creation or renewal. Declining analytics or advertising measurement does not prevent you from using the quote form. This security cookie operates independently of those choices.

The server infrastructure may also create a technical session cookie named _lscache_priv to distinguish uncacheable or visitor-specific responses. It contains a random server-generated identifier, no form fields, and is not included in this site's analytics or advertising measurement. Where no fixed expiry is specified, removal at the end of a session depends on browser session and restore settings.

Technical records and retention

To prevent duplicate submissions and misuse, we keep transaction status, timestamps, security counters and technical identifiers generated using a keyed method. The form service does not store request text, contact details or IP addresses in plain text in these records.

Submission-rate security counters: 1 or 10 minutes, depending on counter type.

Duplicate-submission and transaction-status records: 24 hours from creation.

Expired form-service records are removed automatically while the service is running. With analytics consent, the browser stores a technical acceptance ID and expiry time to avoid measuring the same successful request again after a refresh or in another tab. This record lasts 24 hours and contains no name, email address or request text, nor are those details added to the measurement event. Expired browser records are cleaned during the next consented request check. Without analytics consent, this record is neither read nor created, and form measurement is not performed. Different browsers, private sessions and cleared browser data do not share the same storage.

Encrypted operational backups of the form's technical status records are taken every 45 minutes and retained for the latest 72 hours. They do not contain your name, email address or request text, and access is restricted to authorised personnel.

These technical periods do not define how long quotation or order correspondence remains in email mailboxes. Analytics and advertising choices are managed separately in the existing cookie preferences.

Cookie and measurement choices

This website is operated by Karaca Serigrafi Matbaa Reklam Bilişim San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. Optional analytics and advertising measurement start only according to your choices. Declining them does not prevent use of the quote form, phone, WhatsApp or email links. You can update preferences using the Cookies button beside Privacy in the footer.

What is measured?

With analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 measures visited pages, device and browser information, successful quote submissions and interactions with phone, WhatsApp and email links. Form measurement indicates that the mail server accepted the submission, not that the recipient read it. Phone or WhatsApp clicks do not prove a conversation or sale. Clicking an email link does not mean an email was sent.

With advertising measurement consent, advertising-click identifiers and interactions with phone, WhatsApp and email links are associated with Google Ads. Quote requests measured with analytics consent may be used in Google Ads conversion reporting according to your advertising-data choices. Google measurement events do not include form names, company names, email addresses, request text or WhatsApp message drafts. The Google setup does not use remarketing, personalised advertising or customer-information uploads for enhanced conversions.

OpenAI advertising conversion measurement

With your updated advertising measurement consent, OpenAI associates phone, WhatsApp and email link clicks and successfully accepted quote requests with advertising interactions. Clicking the form submit button alone is not counted as a conversion. The same accepted quote receipt is checked to prevent duplicate counting. This measurement does not establish that a conversation took place, a message was read or a sale was completed.

The OpenAI Pixel uses an advertising-click reference and a random browser reference. OpenAI automatic advanced matching may normalise supported contact information and hash it with SHA-256 in the browser to match conversions; raw contact information and quote or WhatsApp message text are not sent through this matching. Events are sent with the option to exclude them from future user-level personalisation.

An additional kp_openai_consent_v1 choice record is stored for 180 days for OpenAI. An earlier Google choice alone does not enable OpenAI measurement. With consent, the OpenAI __oppref cookie stores the advertising-click reference for 30 days, and __obref stores a random browser reference for 365 days from creation. Browser restrictions may shorten these periods. Withdrawing advertising consent stops OpenAI event delivery and removes the relevant cookies accessible to this site.

To avoid counting an accepted quote more than once, the OpenAI-specific kp_openai_lead_once browser store keeps only an opaque acceptance receipt and its 24-hour expiry; no form fields are added to this store. Preference records and cookies

The site's kp_consent_v1 preference record remembers your analytics and advertising choices for 180 days and contains no customer contact information. With analytics consent, first-party Google Analytics cookies named _ga or beginning _ga_ may link visits for up to two years. With advertising measurement consent, first-party cookies beginning _gcl_ may associate advertising clicks. Google's standard lifetime for these cookies is 90 days. Browser settings can shorten these periods. When consent is withdrawn, the relevant measurement cookies accessible to this site are removed and the page reloads to apply your preferences.

Current Google Analytics property retention is 2 months for detailed event data and 14 months for user data. New user activity restarts the user-data retention period. These settings are separate from aggregate reporting history and browser cookie lifetimes.

Service providers and enquiries

Google Analytics and Google Ads use Google's measurement infrastructure. Technical information and online identifiers may be processed in Google systems, including servers outside Türkiye.
