T-Shirt Printing
We print logos and images on polo and crew-neck T-shirts for teams and events. Fabric composition, colour and size distribution are considered, with chest, back or sleeve artwork positioned for its own print area.
Applications
- Trade fair and promotional teams
- Shop and event staff
- Internal organisations
- Minimum order quantity
- 500 pieces
- Garment size and logo position
- Measure chest-logo width separately from its distance below the neckline seam. Test actual-size artwork on the smallest and largest garments. For sleeve printing, remeasure the area between sleeve seams.
- Fabric and colour
- Cotton, polyester and blended fabrics need different printing conditions. Fabric composition and garment colour affect method selection and print appearance.
- Print position by garment size
- Chest, back and sleeves offer different print areas. Keeping logo size fixed or adjusting it across garment sizes changes the appearance.
- Should a logo be the same size on every garment size?
- Logo dimensions may stay fixed or vary by garment size according to the desired look. Small chest logos and broad back graphics need different layouts. As with fabric bags, the print area is checked at the product's actual size.

Before printing
- Garment size list matching
- List garment models and quantities by size together. Match front, back and sleeve prints separately to their artwork.
- Artwork background check
- Identify white elements and unprinted spaces. For ready-made T-shirts, provide fabric composition and select the method using a product sample.
