3D Printed Box Dividers

We prepare shaped inserts or dividers to give each item its own place inside a box. The design follows the usable interior dimensions and the actual product shape. Finger clearances are checked on a sample so items can be placed and removed comfortably.

Applications

  • Sample set organisation
  • Presentation box inserts
  • Accessory compartments
Minimum order quantity
500 pieces
Recess depth
Measure the usable base area and the height inside the closed box. An insert gripping only a bottle's body leaves its shoulder and cap above the support. Allow finger space to remove the bottle comfortably.
Layout inside the box
Compartments follow the products' shapes and hold them in defined positions. The layout uses the box's usable interior dimensions rather than its outside size.
Removal and contact points
Finger clearances make products easier to grasp. Contact points and surface texture matter when supporting items with delicate finishes.
Before printing
Actual part dimensions
Share the box's inner dimensions and the actual product or a dimensioned model. We can check fit tolerances and removal clearance in the first printed insert.
Layers and handling
Select print orientation and contact surfaces for the product layout. If impact protection is required, describe the complete box, its contents and how it will be transported.
