Coated Paper Stickers
Coated-paper stickers add logos or product information to boxes and jars. Their smooth surface suits colour printing. Size, cutting and coating are chosen for the packaging shape, moisture and friction.
Applications
- Product information on box
- Jar labels
- Package and product codes
- Minimum order quantity
- 500 pieces
- Label dimensions on the jar
- Wrap a paper strip around the jar at label height. Mark its ends for width and measure the straight area between shoulder and base for height. On tapered jars, check the paper's top and bottom fit separately.
- Dimensions to fit the packaging
- Choose label width and height for the package's flat or curved surface. Lids and seams limit placement.
- Paper and environment
- The coated finish provides a smooth printing surface. Exposure of the paper base to moisture and friction affects material selection.
- Should I choose a coated paper label or a film label?
- Coated paper is used for logos and product information. For moisture exposure or frequent wiping, opaque film label options can also be assessed. Test the selected material, adhesive and print on the actual package.

Before printing
- Cutting and text
- Keep custom cutting lines separate from artwork. Read fine text at finished size and check that important information stays inside the edges.
- Product variants
- Separate shared series artwork from variable product details. Match filenames, product names and quantities in one approval list.
