Roll Labels
Roll labels are paper or film labels wound in sequence on a backing liner. Label size, winding direction and roll dimensions are specified for manual or machine application.
Applications
- Bottle and jar packaging
- Cosmetic product information
- Equipment warning labels
- Label dimensions
- Minimum 30 × 30 mm; maximum 500 × 500 mm. These are individual label dimensions, not core diameter or roll diameter.
- Minimum order
- 500 pieces
- Application method
- Hand and machine application have different requirements for releasing labels from the liner and positioning them on the package.
- Roll and winding
- Winding direction determines which label edge enters the machine first. Core and outer roll diameters must suit its feed system. Total quantity differs from labels per roll, which depend on label size, material thickness and the machine's maximum roll diameter.

Before printing
- Information added later
- For later date or code printing, provide printer details and the required blank area. Check surface compatibility in advance.
- Product series artwork
- Give each product variant a separate filename and match quantities to the data list. Include a winding sample identifying the top edge.
Paper and film options suit different packages. Flexible films can move with squeezable bottles to support the label's fit.
Labels are die-cut while leaving the silicone-coated liner intact. Their regular roll sequence lets them release individually for application.
