Labels and Stickers

Clear Labels

Clear labels let the packaging colour show through unprinted areas. On clear containers, the contents also become part of the background. Films such as PP and PET and their adhesives are selected for the packaging. Logos and fine text are checked against the colour of the filled container.

Applications

  • Bottle logo and information
  • Marks on glass
  • Cosmetic packaging
Minimum order quantity
500 pieces
Clear window and print dimensions
Hold a clear, label-sized template against the filled package. Mark logo width and the intended viewing window separately. Use this layout to assess whether light text needs white ink behind it.
Film and packaging compatibility
Transparency does not identify a single plastic type. Film type and thickness in microns depend on package shape and whether it flexes in use.
Clear and opaque areas
Clear spaces leave the packaging visible. Specify logos and text needing white underprinting separately, and check them on a filled package sample.

White ink and artwork
Show clear areas and white-ink areas separately. Confirm label dimensions, quantity, film thickness and application conditions with the quotation.
