Foam PVC Board Printing
We print wayfinding, retail and exhibition graphics on foam PVC board, often called Forex. Size and thickness are chosen for the location, with cutting paths, holes and supports shown on the drawing.
Applications
- In-store wayfinding
- Exhibition display boards
- Workplace notices
- Minimum order quantity
- 500 pieces
- Sheet dimensions and support spacing
- Measure the panel's outer dimensions and the distance between mounting points. With a frame, sheet size differs from the visible opening. Position edge text within that visible area.
- Sheet and support
- Foam PVC thickness and support spacing affect panel flatness. Larger panels also need an appropriate supporting structure.
- Cutting and positioning
- Custom cutting, holes and double-sided use affect print placement. Position text and arrows to suit the complete layout.
- What is the difference between foam PVC and acrylic panels?
- Foam PVC provides an expanded-plastic panel base. Acrylic sheet offers a different appearance in clear or coloured options. As with acrylic products, foam PVC dimensions and attachments are selected to suit the installation location.

Before printing
- Sheet selection
- Specify indoor or outdoor use and the mounting surface. Select the sheet grade with its dimensions and support arrangement.
- Cutting file
- Show cutting lines and hole centres separately from printing. Clearly mark viewing directions for both faces of a double-sided panel.
Foam PVC's lightweight structure suits large panel graphics. Its flat surface helps present text and imagery clearly in retail displays.
Mounting suited to sheet dimensions and thermal movement helps keep the panel flat. Support-point placement is particularly important for large printed surfaces.
