Plastic L Folders
Plastic L folders are open along the top and one side for inserting and removing documents. Logo placement follows the opening direction and how much of the document should remain visible.

- L-folder internal dimensions
- Use a 21 × 29.7 cm A4 sheet as a reference. Seams along the two closed edges reduce usable space. Leave the upper corner open enough to grasp and remove the document.
- Opening direction
- Top and side openings provide document access. Choose the thumb notch and joined edge for the intended handling direction.
- Material compatibility
- Printing and joining methods compatible with PP or PVC complete the folder's construction. Select the surface with logo appearance and document presentation in mind.

Before printing
- Document layout
- Check internal dimensions with an actual page sample. Ensure insertion does not bend the document or trap its edge.
- Print orientation
- Show the visible logo face, open edge and weld area. Identify areas that remain unprinted.
