Labels and Stickers

Aluminium Stickers

Aluminium stickers display a device's logo, model and technical details on a metal surface. Dimensions and corners are prepared to fit the equipment. An actual aluminium base and a metallic-looking film are different material options.

Applications

  • Device-brand logos
  • Machine model information
  • Equipment identification fields
Minimum order quantity
500 pieces
Recess dimensions in the device
For a recessed application area, measure the narrowest distance between opposite edges and note the corner shape. A square-cornered label may not fit a rounded recess even when its width and height match.
Material specification
An aluminium base gives the label the character of real metal. This construction differs from a metallic-looking film and must be considered when choosing the material.
Position on the part
Curvature and surface coatings affect application. Corner shape, logo direction and unprinted areas are arranged for the label's position on the device.
Before printing
Model information layout
Set model names and technical descriptions on separate lines. Match variable text for similar devices to the correct label file and part name.
Position and contact
Mark the label area on a dimensioned drawing. Describe any expected heat, chemical exposure or abrasion so the material and adhesive can be selected accordingly.

Aluminium thickness and stiffness determine the label's form and ability to follow curved surfaces. The metal construction is selected to suit the logo and information area on the device.

Printing and surface protection compatible with the metal base help present text for the expected conditions. The aluminium's natural colour combines with printed areas for a clear technical appearance.
