- Envelope dimensions for the folded card
- An A6 card measures 10.5 × 14.8 cm when closed. For a single fold, the direction of the folded edge determines the flat sheet size. Test the closed card in its envelope with any additional insert.
- Card and envelope
- Check finished card size, thickness and fold style with the envelope. Outer dimensions alone are not enough.
- Folding and writing
- Paper grain and creasing affect the fold. Test coating and pen compatibility where handwritten text will be added.
- Can each card carry a different name?
- With variable data printing, names or short text can change between records while the base design stays the same. Check list order and Turkish characters against sample cards.

Before printing
- Content approval
- Check the date against the weekday, full address and location link. Use the final approved list for personalised printing.
- Front and back sequence
- Mark cover, inside and back faces on a folded paper mock-up. Show cutting and folding lines separately from the artwork.
